Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: no comorbid illness, posted for head & neck and limb surgeries under general endotracheal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pts with uncontrolled coagulopathies, Allenâ??s test negative, known cardiovascular or respiratory disease and patients on mechanical ventilation prior to surgery, thoracic, abdominal and laparoscopic surgeries
