Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Spirometric performance will be assesed on the day of surgery after instructing them in detail at the time of fitness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Following patients will be excluded: 1. Patients who have tracheostomy. 2. Patients who refuse to perform spirometry. 3. Emergency/ urgent surgeries
