Interventions

Intervention1: Mandura Bhasma Capsule along with Dadimadi Ghrita: Mandura Bhasma Capsule 1 cap (125mg) twice daily orally after food for 2 months. Dadimadi Ghrita 7.5 ml twice daily orally after food

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children of either gender between the age group of 08 to 10 years. 2. Children with hemoglobin percentage between 8 to 12 gm/dl. 3. Parents wiling to give assent for the Research study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with systemic disorders, hemorrhagic diathesis like hemophilia, vitamin k deficiency and Anemia due to other than iron deficiency. 2. Children with concurrent serious hepatic dysfunction and renal dysfunction and uncontrolled pulmonary dysfunction. 3. H/O sensitive to any of the trial drugs
