Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male Players of active sports( soccer players). With written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons suffering from acute illness. Persons suffering from any type of systemic illness. Unwilling individuals.

effect of Narasimha Rasayana on vo2 max( maximal oxygen consumption) of active sportsmenTimepoint: outcome will be assessed on start of the study, after one month, before crossover(3 months after 2nd assessment) and at the end of the study( one month after 3rd assessment)
