Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Weight 40-80 kg 2)Mallampatti grade I and II 3)ASA grade I and II 4)Elective surgeries of 2 hours duration like STSG, FIroadenome, Hernia, Hydrocele, Minor Orthopaedic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate Surgeries exceeding 2 hours duration Mallampatti grade III and IV ASA grade III IV and V Morbid Obesity Pregnant patients Known case of gastro oesophageal reflux disease Oropharyngeal pathology Emergency surgeries Cervical spine disorder
