Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who are indicated for Nasya karma(errhine therapy) 2. patients having signs and symptoms of Avabahuka(frozen shoulder)Viz.Shula (pain),Stambha(stiffness),Bahuspanditahara (restricted movement ofshoulder joint),Atopa(crepitus)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnant women 2.patient continuing any other medication for avabahuka 3.patients suffering from hypertension, heart diseases,fracture or dislocation of shoulder

Primary

MeasureTime frame
patients relieve from all sign and symptoms of Avabahuka restricted movements of hand and stiffness in the shoulder joint and pain in 7 daysTimepoint: these symptoms would be evaluated after seven days of Nasya then after fifteen days and one month of first day of treatment

MeasureTime frame
observed all sign and symptoms of avabahuka for 1 monthTimepoint: access all signs and symptoms of avabahuka just after seven days of Nasya then after fifteen days and one month from the first day of the treatment
