Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Mild to moderate cases of Knee osteoarthritis(KOA) 2.Motivated and willing to alter their lifestyle 3.Able to comply with the planned time schedule for follow up 4.Who can read Punjabi or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled for surgery 2.Severe cases of Knee osteoarthritis 3.Having any co morbid disease 4.Who is not able to read Punjabi or English
