Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Menopausal women experiencing hot flushes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any skin lesions or history of allergies Menopausal women on HRT Women with clinical signs and symptoms of hyperthyroidism Women with major psychiatric disorders Women receiving clonidine or any other local or systemic therapy for host flushes Positive skin test in response to menthol application
