Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects of both sexes between the age groups 28-60 years. 2)Subjects in good systemic health, not using any systemic medication in last six months. 3)Had clinical evidence of atleast one Grade II furcation defects (Glickman 1953) in mandibular teeth with or without recession but not exposing the furcation entrance. 4)Had radiographic evidence of bone loss in the intraradicular area. 5)Had no history of periodontal therapy in last 6 months. 6)Had the ability to maintain good oral hygiene

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Subjects with systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, bone metabolic diseases, platelet deficiencies. 2)Subjects on anticoagulants or immunosuppressive therapy. 3)Pregnant and lactating females. 4)Subjects with history of tobacco usage. 5)Subjects allergic to tetracycline and chlorhexidine.
