Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals in good general health and with no systemic disease, Patients with Grade II furcation defects either in the maxillary or mandibular molars,Patients who were not under antibiotics or any other medications affecting periodontium in the last 6 months, Patients with no history of periodontal therapy in the past 6 months, Patients with the ability to maintain good oral hygiene.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mothers, History of tobacco usage,History of any drug allergy
