Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute low back pain within 4 weeks from the onset of pain. 2. Patients with quadratus lumborum trigger point.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neurological signs (i.e. positive neurological tests, muscle weakness, paresthesia and abnormal reflexes) 2. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia in the spinal cord intervertebral disc, and other diseases including systemic pain. 3. Pregnant subjects. 4. Patients with Red flags. 5. Patients with psychiatric disorders. 6. Patients with severe osteoporosis 7. Patients with waist hip ratio men > 0.90 and women >0.85 8. Patient who is receiving treatment such as massage, acupuncture, nerve block and physiotherapy for their back pain.
