Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: knee joint hypermobility (knee extension > 5Ë?)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Symptomatic knee joint Diagnosed knee ligament injuries, ankle conditions that affect proprioception Any neurological, musculoskeletal problem that may cause difficulty in administering the protocol Population undergoing any structured physical training. Pregnancy
