Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed patients with RCT including neuroblastoma, rhabdomayosarcoma, EWS/PNET, and retinoblastoma. Age less or equal to 15 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who is not taking treatment in TMC

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Percentage involvement in bone marrow and peripheral blood by RCTTimepoint: Peripheral blood samples will be collected at the tile of routine bone marrow biopsy

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the efficacy of FC immunophenotyping in the detection of metastasis of RCT in the bone marrow.Timepoint: The patients in this study will not have any immediate benefit. With this project, we investigate a sensitive and faster technique for detection and percentage of bone marrow involvement and also circulating tumor cells
