Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with 3 or more symptomsof akalaja jara. 2.Patients between the ages 30 to 50 years with 3.Clinical features of akalaja jara.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any type of psychiatric 2.Disorder like Alzheimer disease,parkinsonism etc 3.Patients with any major diseases like carcinoma etc. 4.Patients with any chronic disease or dhatukshayatva involved in the patho-physiology of disease like madhumeha rajyakshama etc.
