Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postnatal women: who are with normal vaginal delivery Who can read and write kannada, English or Malayalam The women who had completed all the stages of labour in the same setting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postnatal women who had an instrumental delivery including caesarean section who are with prolonged obstructed or precipitate labour who delivered babies with congenital anomalies who had intrauterine death and still birth babies
