Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case: Patients diagnosed of Oral Squamous Cell carcinoma, yet to undergo any therapeutic intervention Control: Healthy age and gender matched individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Parkinsonâ??s disease Patients with history of other malignancies

MeasureTime frame
- Establishment of baseline Salivary SAM concentration in local population - Elevated SAM concentration in Saliva of OSCC patients compared to normal counterpart - Elevated SAM in patients with Increased N:C ratio - 95% accurate prediction of OSCC by evaluation of N:C ratio and Salivary SAM Timepoint: 1
