Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female 18 - 45 years of age 2.Delivering a preterm infant [birth 25 â?? 32 weeks of gestation] 3.Willing to give exclusive breast feeding 4.Parents/ caregiver are willing to comply with the study procedure. • Having signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple births 2.Insufficient breast milk output at the time of enrolment. 3.Subject who cannot be expected to comply with the study procedures. 4.Currently participating or having participated in another clinical study during the last 4 weeks prior to the beginning of this study.

1.macronutrient composition of human milk (protein, fats and carbohydrates) and the changes that occur each week in first 4 weeks of lactation. 2. variation in composition of human milk in preterm infants of different gestational age. 3. effect of motherâ??s body mass index, diet & previous breast feeding experience on composition of human milk. Timepoint: 7,14,21,28 days
