Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective head and neck cancer surgery with reconstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory/ cardiac disease 2. Uncontrolled hypertension 3. Infection at local site 4. Coagulopathy
