Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Facilities available in LT •Any health care worker performing procedures (invasive and non-invasive) in the Labor theatre of Kasturba Hospital, Manipal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • HCWs who are performing procedures, which do not require infection control measures to be practiced (maintenance of birth and death records, mortality, morbidity registers, admission procedures, indenting, storage and supplies, packing of used articles, housekeeping, record writing ). • HCWs performing very rare procedures like manual vacuum aspiration, manual removal of placenta, MTP which are beyond the scope of observation • Rare procedures that are not been observed like manual vacuum aspiration, manual removal of placenta, MTP
