Intervention1: Respiratory muscle training,Aerobic Training Program,Preventive measure.: Seven cycles of 2 min of breathing on Threshold inspiratory muscle trainer (Threshold IMT

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects work in cotton industry for more than 1 year FEV1/FVC - > 70% predicted BMI â?? all variants Smokers and non-smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female subject History of hospitalization in last 6 months Uncontrolled vital parameters Uncooperative or no willingness to participate
