Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Both OPD and IPD Type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients with nephropathy above thirty year of age (ii) Voluntarily willing to participate in the study (iii) Able to understand and read kannada and english

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients without nephropathy (ii) Type 1 Diabetes mellitus patients (iii) Pregnant females, or patients with co-morbidities other than that due to diabetic nephropathy or its complications (iv) Who are not willing to participate in the study
