Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients about to start with orthodontic treatment willing to provide informed consent for the procedure no significant systemic or dental disease patients with intellectual ability to score pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of high chilli diet patients using theophylline or ACE inhibitors history of chronic obstructive lung disease
