Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having T3, T4 oral cavity cancer 2. Carcinoma of tongue requiring resection of 2/3rd part of tongue or oral cavity carcinoma meriting resection of genial tubercle (middle third segmental mandibulectomy or extended mandibulectomy) 3. Age above 18 years 4. Treatment naive
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 2. Not receiving surgical treatment at TMH 3. Not giving consent for study 4. Unwilling for follow up at TMH 5. Non-squamous histology 6. Patients having prior tracheostomy
