Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years to 60 years 2.ASA I and II. 3.Written informed consent. 4.Mallampatti class I and II 5.Surgeries requiring nasotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of nasal bleeding 2.Repeated nasal trauma 3.Anticipated difficult intubation 4.BMI >25
