Intervention1: carbon di oxide laser: CO2 laser will be done in one side of face. Control Intervention1: radiofrequency ablation: RFA will done in other side of face

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 12 years Patients with clinical diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis according to clinical criteria by 2012 International Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Consensus Conference with multiple facial angiofibromas present bilaterally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled seizures. Photosensitive disorders Cardiac pacemakers Metallic implants
