Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients attending the endocrine clinic for menstrual irregularities, hyperandrogenism or infertility were recruited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Patients with other causes like hypergonadotrophic hypogonadism, hypogonadism due to pituitary lesion, 21-hydroxylase-deficient nonclassic adrenal hyperplasia, Thyroid dysfunction, Hyperprolactinemia, Neoplastic androgen secretion, Drug induced androgen excess, Cushingâ??s syndrome

1.To calculate diagnostic power of serum AMH levels in diagnosis of PCOS 2) To assess relationship between Polycystic Ovarian Morphology and AMH levels.Timepoint: Final outcome will be assessed at April 2017
