Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Not pregnant - Motivated and willing to alter their lifestyle and working arrangements or postures - Able to comply with the planned time schedule for follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Undergone lumbar spine surgery in the past 6 weeks - Surgery is scheduled before the completion of the 24-week supervised package - Low back pain due to tumor, fracture or other inflammatory process
