Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Right handed (assessed by Edinburghâ??s Handedness Inventory) 2-Patients with OCD (diagnosed on ICD-10) 3-Meets criteria for treatment resistant as per ITROC (level 1 non-response) 4-YBOCS score >= 16(moderate severity) 5-Willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Presence of co-morbid Axis I disorders (using MINI 5.0) including substance abuse/dependence (except caffeine or nicotine) 2-History of seizure 3-History of receiving rTMS/ECT treatment 4-History suggestive of space occupying brain lesion or cerebro-vascular accident 5-Presence of chronic medical illness 6-Having implanted device or metals in brain/head or cardiac pacemaker 7-Known or suspected pregnancy or currently lactating 8-Having imminent suicide risk 9-Having score of >= 17 on HAM-D
