Intervention1: Chemo-Radiotherapy with Glutamine: Glutamine helps to decrease mucous membrane injury induced by radiation by altering Prostaglandin-E2(strong inflammatory mediator) thus it significant

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Stage III-IV of Squamous cell Carcinoma Oropharynx and Supraglottis, which are fit for radical Chemo-Radiotherapy treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Primary site carcinoma Oral cavity, nasopharynx. •History of previous radiotherapy to head neck region •Abnormal LFT/RFT
