Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Stage III-IV of Squamous cell Carcinoma Oropharynx and Supraglottis, which are fit for radical Chemo-Radiotherapy treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Primary site carcinoma Oral cavity, nasopharynx. •History of previous radiotherapy to head neck region •Abnormal LFT/RFT
