Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral supratentorial ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke lesion. 2. Ability to walk 10 meters independently with or without walking aid. 3. Ability to understand and respond to simple verbal comments scoring more than 23 on MMSE. 4. Brunnstrom recovery stage 3 and beyond. 5. Impaired trunk control scoring less than 21 on Trunk Impairment Scale.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pusher syndrome. 2. Severe musculo-skeletal conditions such as low back and hip pain affecting exercise performance 3. Parkinson disease, Vestibular dysfunction affecting the balance.
