Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: •Acute pancreatitis with symptomatic WON. •Collection amenable to EUS guided and percutaneous drainage
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Previous surgical, endoscopic or percutaneous intervention for infected necrosis •Underlying chronic pancreatitis •Concomitant indication for surgery due to bleeding or perforation of a visceral organ. •Hemodynamically unstable patients
