Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Informed consent 2) Impaired Glucose Tolerance subjects ( Fasting PG: 100 â?? 125 mg/dL; 2h PP PG: 140-199 mg/dL) 3) Age, gender and weight matched controls

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy or breastfeeding 2) Immunocompromised 3) Contraindication for anticholinergic agents 4) Pre-existing gastro-intestinal disorders 5) Impaired renal or hepatic functions 6) Diabetes Mellitus 7) Concomitant drugs
