Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy school children aged 6-15 years. Serum 25(OH)D levels less than 20 ng/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering from any systemic disorders affecting the bone mineral health

Primary

MeasureTime frame
serum 25 (OH)D and PTHTimepoint: blood sample and urine sample collected at baseline and after 6 month will be evaluated

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
serum calcium,phosphate, ALP, urinary ca/cr ratio and bone markersTimepoint: blood sample and urine sample at baseline and after 6 month for diff parameters will be evaluated
