Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the neonates delivered by either mode (Normal Vaginal delivery/LSCS) in Kasturba hospital, Manipal (during study period) with a birth weight less than 1500gms will be included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Congenital anomalies MSAF, Non Vigorous neonates. Suspected maternal hemorrhage (APH/PPH) Monochorionic monoamniotic twins & twin-twin transfusion syndrome. OA incompatibility (Confirmed haemolysis) Severe IUGR
