Intervention1: Eupatorium Perfoliatum 30: Eupatorium perfoliatum medicine shall be given in 30 potency on every 7th day for 3 months duration. Total 12 doses shall be administered orally in 3 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Healthy individuals of either sex, aged 1 year and above living in the same community • Informed consent by the family head • No symptom of dengue

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Symptoms of dengue like illness/ fever in last 7 days • Pregnant women and lactating mother

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
a. Changes in incidence of dengue fever. Timepoint: patient reporting with fever shall be assessed on weekly and further monthly intervals till 3 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in duration of symptoms in patients those who suffered from dengue fever. Timepoint: patient reporting with fever shall be assessed on daily and further weekly, monthly intervals till 3 months.
