Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients of age group of twenty to sixty years. Adult patients receiving intramuscular Tramadol injection. Adult patients who are conscious and oriented.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adult patients who are unconscious and critically ill. Adult patients who are diagnose with hip fracture. Adult patients who are unable to assume side lying position. Adult patients who receives sedation during the day. Adult patients who are diagnose with spinal cord injury.
