Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patient with end-stage knee arthritis comparable bilaterally to be appropriate candidate for Total knee replacement falling in ASA 1 and 2 groups undergoing Bilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Simultaneous hip and knee Arthroplasty • History of Patellectomy • History of High Tibial Osteotomy • Morbid obesity BMI > 40 • Refusal to give consent

| Comparison of Clinical Outcome between Medial Pivot Knee and Posterior Stabilized KneeTimepoint: The subject were examined at pre and post-operatively at 3,6 and 12 months by the physician not involved in the care of the patient and were be evaluated according to American Knee Society Satisfaction Score, Expectation score and Oxford knee Score. Knee Society Score Functional Score and SF-36 ( Physical component and Bodily pain) were evaluated for both the knees as they depend on the function of both knees.
