Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are above thirty years of age Patients who are diagnosed to have type two diabetes mellitus Type two DM patients with any comorbidity like hypertension lung disorders heamodialysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with type two diabetes mellitus who are critically ill. Patients who are mentally challenged and disoriented.
