Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation, Age 18yrs - 65yrs, ASA I , II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal, severe comorbidities, anticipated difficult intubation

| To observe PI changes as compared to pre-operative values during endotracheal intubation with laryngoscopy and extubation.Timepoint: pre-operatively (when patient is taken on the operation table just before induction of anaesthesia), pre intubation, then 1st min, 3rd min and 5th min post intubation; at the start of neuromuscular block reversal with intravenous Neostigmine and at the end of intravenous Neostigmine; pre-extubation, then 1st min, 3rd min and 5th min after extubation | — |
