Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 25-60 yrs. of age minimum 20 teeth present. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who were on anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics in last six months. Other conditions elicited by a medical history influencing the inflammatory response. Diseases of immune system. Patients who had undergone periodontal treatment six months before examination. Pregnancy and lactation.
