Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 1 AND 2 Elective surgeries lasting LESS THAN 2 hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any contra indication for PLMA insertion Anticipated difficult airway History of seizure disorder / neurological disease/renal disease Allergy to adhesives Family history of malignant hyperthermia

MeasureTime frame
To compare the following parameters by using entropy vs. clinical assessment (jaw relaxation) as adequate anaesthetic depth marker for proseal laryngeal mask airway (PMLA) insertion in children. 1. Optimal PLMA insertion condition 2. Insertion time 3. Adequate attenuation of hemodynamic response to PLMA insertion 4. Optimal entropy value for PLMA insertion Timepoint: Insertion time was defined as the time between picking up the device and obtaining an effective airway with ETCO2 trace on the monitor. Heart rate and blood pressure were recorded every 1 minute from baseline, starting of induction till securing the LMA. Meanwhile MAC, End tidal Sevoflurane (ETsevo), end tidal carbon dioxide (ETCO2) were noted every 1 minute
