The primary objective of the study is to standardize and estimate the prevalence of EGFR mutation in the Non- Small cell lung cancer. Timepoint: 1 year—

1. The estimate the efficacy of geftinib and chemotherapy in the patients with and without EGFR mutation in Non-small cell Lung cancer. 2. Efficacy will be estimated by response rate and PFS and Overall survival. Timepoint: 3- 4 years—
