Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient with clinical diagnosis of advanced cancer 2)Patients with ECOG 3)History of weight loss of more than 5% in the last 6 months(excluding perioperative weight loss) 4)Age over 18 years 5)Patients with physical symptoms like pain, breathlessness, nausea or vomiting , constipation or diarrhea, anxiety, depression scoring 6)Patient consenting and willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with HIV AIDS/ End stage heart failure(LVEF 2)Patients with evidence of brain metastases or thromboembolic disorder within the previous 6 months 3)Patients on oral metronomic chemotherapy or on NSAIDs/ cox-2 inhibitors
