Inclusion criteria: -Weight between 45-75 kg -ASA I- III patients -Patients undergoing elective robotic oncosurgery in Steep Trendelenberg position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with Glaucoma and raised intracranial pressure -Patients with H/O esophageal malignancy,esophagectomy and esophageal varices
