Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants excluding neonates. 2. Fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of acute Bronchiolitis 3. Fulfilling the criteria stating the need for CPAP/HHHNF ie, SPO2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having associated neurological impairment. 2. Having associated heart disease. 3. Having major congenital/chromosomal anomaly. 4. Declining to give informed consent. 5. Immunocompromised patient. 6. Patient having chronic respiratory problem like cystic fibrosis. 7. X ray suggestive of pneumonia. 8. Upper airway obstruction.
