Health Condition 1: null- anemic patients with hemoglobin level between 7 to 11 g/l

Interventions

Intervention1: Intravenous group -intravenous iron sucrose: intravenous iron sucrose 200 mg in 100ml normal saline intraveniusly over 20 to 30 minutes daily upto the total dose . Control Intervention1

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: hemoglobin level between 7 t0 11 gm/dl,serum ferritin less than 15 ng/ml,singleton pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with history of bleeding tendancy,history of blood transfusion within prior 120 days,hemogolobinopathy or other red cell disorders,allergic asthma.
