Health Condition 1: null- patients withcardiovascular or peripheral venous disease who are on low dose aspirin ranging from 75-150mg requiring routine dental extractions.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient on long term low dose single anti-platelet therapy aspirin (75 to 150mg). 2.Patients with PT- INR less than 1.5. 3.Patients between 30-60 years of age. 4.Patients without any bleeding disorders. 5.Not allergic to the drugs or anesthetic agent being used. 6.Patients willing to participate in study. 7.Patient with fitness obtained from physician to undergo exodontia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients on aspirin therapy >150mg/day. 2) Patients INR >3.5. 3)Pregnant or lactating women. 4)Patients with hepatic, renal diseases or epilepsy or with a clinical history of debilitating respiratory diseases. 6)Patients with bleeding or clotting disorders. 7)Patients belonging to ASA Grade III, IV, V. 8)Procedure under General Anesthesia or Conscious sedation.
