Conditions

Health Condition 1: null- Term vigorous new born babies without any antenataly detected anomaly and born through meconium stained amniotic fluid not requiring any form of resuscitation.

Interventions

Intervention1: Gagric Lavage: Gastric lavage will be given with 10 ml/kg of Normal Saline or till the aspirate become clear with 6/8 Fr NG/OG tube to the selected case who falls under inclusion criter

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Babies born through meconium stained amniotic fluid, cried immediately, not cyanosed and period of gestation > 34 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital Anomaly 2.Antenatal USG suggestive of GI anomaly 3.Requiring Oxygen at birth 4.Unstable vitals in the first hour of birth
