Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject who are aged between 18-65 yrs. Both male and female subject who were in inpatient of selected psychiatric hospital, admitted with psychosis (F20, ICD-10 diagnostic criteria). Subject who are assessed with audio verbal hallucinations and mild to severe distress. Subject who are addicted to alcohol and substance users

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients those who are very violent and aggressive Those who are not able to communicate and were distractive. Who have a co morbid illness or mental retardation or mood disorders
