Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: any one of the following 1.fever and/or cough more than 2 weeks 2.Loss of weight(more than 5 % of body weight or no weight gain over 3 months ) 3.H/o contact with infectious TB case 4.Progressive enlargement of lymphnode for more than 2weeks. 5.Fever more than 7 days with irritability/drowsiness/vomiting/seizures/Focal neurologicaldeficits
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.inherited or acquired immunodeficiency 2.Children immunosuppressed by drugs or disease 3.Children with h/o recent measles infection 4.Children recently vaccinated with live viral vaccine
